Copley Cooling Limited is a small, family-run air conditioning business looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our team.
This role is focused on high-quality residential air conditioning installations, primarily split systems and multi-split systems, across West Sussex and Surrey.
We take pride in working to a high standard, with neat pipework, clean finishes and a professional approach when working in customers’ homes.
This is not a large commercial site role. There is no London work, no staying away and no on-call rota.
This is a great opportunity for an installer who enjoys quality domestic AC work and wants local jobs, good standards, and to work for a small family-run business where their workmanship is valued.
The role
You will be carrying out residential air conditioning installations to a high standard, mainly installing:
- Single split systems
- Multi-split systems
- Wall-mounted indoor units
- Occasional ducted or floor-mounted residential systems
- Outdoor condensers
- Neat pipework, trunking and drainage
- Commissioning and customer handover
All work is focused on residential homes.

Requirements
Applicants must have:
- F-Gas certification
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience installing split and multi-split air conditioning systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good pipework, trunking and finishing standards
- A tidy, professional approach when working in customers’ homes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ideally live in Horsham or the surrounding areas
Experience with high-end residential installations would be useful, but this role is mainly focused on residential splits and multi-splits, not commercial site work.
