We are seeking an inspiring and experienced leader to join our Hounslow Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team as Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established, high-performing multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding care for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
The successful candidate will provide operational and clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, recovery-focused services that meet NICE guidance and national Early Intervention in Psychosis standards. Working closely with the Hounslow Senior Management Team and key partners across health, social care and the voluntary sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community mental health services and driving continuous service improvement.
As Team Manager, you will be responsible for workforce development, service performance, quality improvement, governance, financial management and partnership working. Where appropriate, you will also maintain a limited clinical caseload, enabling you to remain connected to frontline practice while supporting the wider team.
