The Role: We’re on the lookout for reliable and enthusiastic bar staff to provide excellent customer service, pour and serve drinks with confidence, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- An interest in craft beer (experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential!)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- The ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks and engaging with customers about our selection
- Keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked
- Learning about different beers and making recommendations
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate transactions
- Following health & safety and licensing regulations
