The Role
As a Lead Coach, you aren’t just supervising; you are the architect of a child’s holiday experience. We need your expertise in group dynamics and EYFS standards to lead high-quality arts, crafts and multi-activity sessions for children aged 4–10.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Leading with Expertise: Delivering inclusive activities that keep children engaged, active, and safe.
- Safety First: Upholding gold-standard safeguarding and child welfare protocols.
- Parent Partnership: Acting as a professional point of contact for parents, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
- Mentorship: Using your childcare background to support children of all abilities and needs.
What You’ll Need
We pride ourselves on our professional standards. To be successful, you must have:
- Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare (NVQ/CACHE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Background: Proven experience in a Nursery, Primary School, or EYFS setting.
- Safeguarding: A deep understanding of child protection (Level 2/3 training preferred).
- Unqualified but Talented: Don't have a Level 2/3 yet? We hire based on personality too. If you have extensive coaching experience and a 'can-do' attitude, we can pair you with our qualified Leads
- Essentials: An Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service) and a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate.
- Professional Autonomy: Lead your group with the freedom to bring your own personality and expertise to the sessions.
