About you:
- 3-5 years (minimum) of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role is required;
- Hands-on with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi‑Fi, and servers;
- Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks;
- Proven advanced technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers;
- Project management exposure;
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and nail the details;
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
About the role:
- As part of our award-winning support desk team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers;
- Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
- Support a vast array of software across many industries;
- Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
- Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
- Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.

- Datto (RMM, DR, Networking)
- Firewalls & Networking
- Automation tools
- All types of IT hardware
