Coaching Qualifications Required:
- School Curriculum & Lead Coach for After School Academies- minimum level 2 gymnastics coaching qualification British Gymnastics.
- Club Coaching at the Performance Centre - minimum level 1 coaching qualification.

City of Preston Gymnastics & Performance Centre isa state-of-the-art venue spanning over 20,000 sq. ft., making it one of the largest and best-equipped centres in the country. Coaches here benefit from world-class equipment including foam pits, sunken trampolines, 10 sets of bars, 9 full-length beams, over 10 training beams, fast track, tumble to pit, 3 vault runs, 4 sprung floor areas, and full Men’s and Women’s Artistic apparatus.
Position Type: Casual (with potential for regular/contracted hours)
Hours: Vary due to casual cover or holidays and sickness with the possibility of moving to regular shifts and towards full-time work Also supporting events support such as lead coaching taster and try out days.
Start Date:As soon as possible.
About the Role:
This casual coaching role covers sickness, holidays, and additional sessions such as school holiday camps and special events. However, based on your qualifications and experience, this role has strong potential to evolve into regular work or a contracted position.

What We’re Looking For:
- Recognised gymnastics coaching qualifications (or willingness to obtain them)
- Experience working with children and/or athletes in a coaching environment
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
- Passion for creating a safe and inspiring atmosphere for gymnasts
- Creative and forwards thinking for developing additional activities to increase engagement and revenue.
