Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar care or support role is preferable
Strong ability to manage challenging behaviours' and remain composed in high-stress situations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Compassionate and patient demeanour with a commitment to maintaining the individual's dignity and autonomy.
Flexibility to work on a rotational shift pattern, including full days and sleeps.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
