We’re working with a highly successful, market-leading independent estate agency in Didsbury who are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team.

What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll be involved throughout the process, including:
- Building relationships with buyers and vendors
- Generating and winning new business
- Conducting viewings and following up opportunities
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Progressing transactions through to completion
- Keeping clients updated throughout their move
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional business
- Working closely with the wider team to drive branch performance
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who already knows estate agency and is confident stepping into a busy sales environment.
You'll ideally be:
- An experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Confident negotiating and closing deals
- Proactive when it comes to generating business
- Comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
- Professional, personable and great with clients
- Someone who enjoys being part of a successful team
Knowledge of Didsbury and the South Manchester property market would be a real advantage.
