Registered Manager – Derby
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + benefits
Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of an established care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-quality nursing home in Derby.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, experienced Registered Manager with a background in nursing home care and complex needs to take the lead within a well-established service.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and resident experience.
You will lead and develop a dedicated team, maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, and ensure the service continues to meet all regulatory and quality standards.
About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced Registered Manager who can demonstrate:
Proven experience managing a nursing home.
Strong knowledge and understanding of complex care needs.
A track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving strong outcomes.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
Commercial awareness alongside a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front.
