We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our nail&spa salon team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional nail care services and creating a relaxing, professional environment for clients. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics extension, BIAB, and nail art.
- Provide customised advice on nail care and maintenance to clients.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and well-maintained.
- Assist clients with selecting colours, designs, and nail enhancements to meet their preferences.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business through excellent customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Nail Technician with NVQ2 qualification or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
- Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
