We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to join our skilled team and help us uphold our vision.
Role Overview:
As our Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services are delivered to the highest standards. You will lead and support our care team, manage care packages, and maintain compliance with CQC standards. Additionally, you will contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow our services and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care services
- Developing and managing care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
- Ensuring compliance with CQC Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
- Overseeing compliance and auditing processes
- Managing, motivating, and directing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Supervising and supporting care staff effectively
- Preparing for and participating in CQC inspections
- Supporting business development activities to grow our client base
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Domiciliary Care environment
- Strong knowledge of care planning, review, and risk assessment
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Passionate about maintaining high standards of care
- Experience in managing and supervising a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent understanding of compliance, auditing, and CQC regulations
- Experience in business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and build partnerships
