The Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the Day Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Day Centre
- Lead, manage, motivate and support a team of staff
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve service objectives
- Monitor and evaluate service performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies and procedures
- Manage budgets, resources and staffing requirements effectively
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, professionals and stakeholders
- Handle enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Produce reports and updates for senior management
- Promote a positive, inclusive and person-centred culture throughout the service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or above
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar management position
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Experience of managing and developing staff teams
- Excellent communication, literacy and IT skills
- A flexible approach to working hours and business needs
- A full, clean UK driving licence

Additional Information
The successful candidate will be expected to attend corporate and company events throughout the year. Some travel, including occasional overseas travel, may be required.
