Luciano’s Italian Restaurant is a busy, family-run venue in the heart of Burnside, known for our authentic Italian cuisine and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team.
About the Role:
We’re seeking someone who loves great food and takes pride in crafting delicious, traditional pizza and pasta. You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting pizza and pasta to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a pizza/pasta chef or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation and classic Italian recipes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Commitment to food hygiene and safety standards
