Are you a Meta Ads expert ready to take full ownership of campaign performance?
We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to lead and scale paid social campaigns for high-growth brands. You’ll manage everything from audience strategy to creative performance – all in-house, in a fast-paced team that values results over red tape.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Facebook & Instagram using Meta Ads Manager
- Develop high-performing ad funnels, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation
- Analyse performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.) and scale campaigns profitably
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to shape on-brand, high-impact ads
- Stay ahead of Meta trends, tools, and policies to keep performance sharp
- Report on results and continuously test for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong performance marketing mindset – data-driven, ROAS-focused
- Proven experience with £5K–£100K+/month ad budgets
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, pixel setup, and audience targeting
- Confident using Meta tools (Ads Manager, Business Suite, Events Manager)
- Bonus: UGC, video ad testing, landing page optimisation
