- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to oversee activity across the premises and identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with emergency services when necessary
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
- Provide first aid assistance when needed to ensure immediate care for minor injuries or health issues
Skills
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to deter theft and reduce shrinkage
