Female Waking Night Care Assistant (10pm–10am) | Part Time
Location: Salford
Hours: 2 x 12-hour waking night shifts per week (10:00pm – 10:00am) – currently Tuesday and Wednesday, although days may occasionally change to meet the client's needs. Additional shifts may also be available.

About the Role
We are looking for a caring and compassionate Female Waking Night Care Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a valued client in their own home.
This is a dedicated role supporting a single client throughout a 12-hour waking night shift. You will remain awake for the duration of the shift, providing reassurance, personal care and support whenever required, while promoting the client's independence, dignity and wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support throughout the night.
- Assist with personal care and continence care.
- Support with mobility and safe moving and handling where required.
- Administer or assist with medication following training and company policies.
- Monitor the client's wellbeing and respond appropriately to any changes.
- Offer companionship and reassurance during the night.
- Maintain accurate digital care records.
- Promote dignity, independence and choice at all times.
- Follow all safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Flexibility to work additional shifts when available.
