Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our friendly Housekeeping team!
As a Housekeeper, will be responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of female changing rooms, washrooms, spa areas, and other shared facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness within the Club to maximise member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across all areas of the Club, including common spaces, washrooms, changing rooms, fitness studio, indoor tennis courts, and the Bar.
- Build effective and appropriate member relationships through meaningful interaction, and provide excellent customer service by addressing any member or guest inquiries.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably within a leisure, health club or hospitality environment
- Reliable, with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Due to the nature of the role, this position requires a female housekeeper for privacy and decency reasons under the Equality Act 2010
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
