Role: IT Support & Automation Apprentice
Location: Market Harborough, LE16
Salary: From £8 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Brief description of the role
Our client help pharmacies work smarter through cutting-edge automation- including the SINTESI Original Pack Dispensing Robot and the Celia MDS Robot. They are growing fast and looking for a motivated apprentice who wants to build a career in IT, engineering, and automation.
You’ll support our technical and engineering teams while learning how to:
- Troubleshoot IT and hardware issues
- Work with networks, operating systems & cloud tools
- Support robot installations and system setups
- Communicate with customers and handle support queries
- Use ticketing systems and follow real IT processes
This apprenticeship includes structured weekly training covering hardware, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data, troubleshooting, project management, and emerging tech (AI, IoT & automation).
