We have long-term opportunities available on large residential and social housing projects for a range of regional and national house builders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- First and second fix electrical installations in new build homes
- Installation of consumer units, accessories, smoke alarms and ventilation systems
- Testing and inspection of completed installations
- Working to programme deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and site health and safety requirements
Essential Requirements
- ECS Card
- Proven experience working on new build housing developments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Good understanding of current wiring regulations
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach
Preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Testing and inspection experience
