Community Support Worker - About the Role
Support people in their daily lives by helping with personal care, promoting independence, and ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported. Key Duties
Help with personal care
Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
Carry out light housekeeping tasks
Encourage social, recreational, and wellbeing activities
Support individuals with gaining confidence and mapping out their own pathway.
Escort and transport clients to appointments and activities
Keep accurate care records and report concerns
What We're Looking For
Caring, patient, and compassionate attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence and clean driving record with the business insurance.
Previous care experience preferred.
