Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Planner & Stock Controller to join our Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of production schedules and inventory management, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of quality control. The successful candidate will utilise ERP systems, preferably NAV.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily extrusion production plans
- Work closely with Production, Customer Services, and Shift Leads to meet delivery targets (OTIF)
- Monitor and resolve production constraints and risks
- Own stock accuracy across the siteusing NAV ERP
- Investigate discrepancies across WIP, QA, finished goods, and Pbins
- Lead cycle counts and stock audits
- Drive best practices in stock handling and system transactions
- Provide clear reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (NAV preferred)
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator who can influence across teams
- Commitment to accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
