An established specialist recruitment business is looking to hire an experienced Senior / Principal Consultant to join their contracts division in Bristol.
The company operates within Business Change, Digital, Data and Technology markets, working with a range of large, well-known clients across both private and public sector environments.
They have built a strong reputation within their niche and are continuing to grow, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants more autonomy, flexibility and genuine earning potential.
The Role
You will join a warm area of the business with existing client relationships, while also operating in a 360 capacity developing accounts, building partnerships and bringing new opportunities into the team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, owning their market and working in a mature environment where trust is given rather than heavy KPIs imposed.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience within a 360 Contract recruitment role - (perm backgrounds considered) but exposure to business change, transformation, digital, data or technology markets is essential.
- A consistent billing background
- Self-motivated with a commercial mindset
- Someone comfortable working with autonomy and accountability
