Lick & Stick Graphics is a specialist large-format print and graphics company, delivering high-quality visual solutions across a wide range of sectors, including Film & TV, Retail, Events and Office Spaces. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales and Account Executive to help expand our client base, develop lasting customer relationships and support our wider commercial team.
The Role
This proactive sales role focuses on generating new business opportunities while managing warm inbound leads and supporting the Head of Sales and Senior Account Manager on key accounts and larger opportunities.
You'll be comfortable approaching new customers, attending meetings, presenting solutions and converting opportunities into long-term accounts. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
We're looking for someone who is confident, determined and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and a genuine team-player mentality. Experience within large-format print, signage or graphics would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We're far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, energy and desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Support the management of warm sales leads and inbound enquiries.
- Present Lick & Stick Graphics' products and services professionally and confidently.
- Support the Head of Sales and Senior Account Manager with quotations, proposals and key client opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
