The Opportunity
We're looking for a Data Collection Administrator to join our Operations team and support the successful delivery of the Collect project.
You'll play a key role in supporting our supplier data collection process, acting as a trusted point of contact and helping ensure they receive a positive experience when engaging with Ecosurety.
This role combines customer support, relationship management and data administration. You'll respond to supplier queries, support onboarding activities, review submitted data and help suppliers progress towards approved status.

What You'll Be Doing

Managingsuppliers’queries through email,phoneand other communication channels.

Acting as a first point of contact forsuppliersparticipatingin the Collect project.

Supportingsuppliersonboarding and engagement activities.

Building positive relationships and helpingsuppliersnavigate the data submission process.

Conducting initial reviews ofsubmitteddata using validation tools.

Identifyingdata issues and working withsuppliersto resolve them.

Maintainingaccuraterecords and updating information within internal systems.

Monitoringsuppliersprogress and supporting them towards approved status.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve projectobjectivesand service targets.

Supporting initiatives to increase approved SKU volumes andsuppliers’participation.
