CleanX is looking for reliable, experienced and detail-oriented self-employed cleaners to join our growing team.
We provide professional cleaning services, including premium and detailed deep cleans, and are looking for cleaners who take pride in delivering consistently high standards for our clients.
As a contracted cleaner, you’ll play an important role in helping us maintain clean, safe and well-presented homes and spaces. The role offers flexible working hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity for regular ongoing work based on your performance, reliability and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces
- Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and high-touch areas
- Carry out detailed and deep cleaning to a high standard
- Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning when required
- Empty bins and replenish supplies where needed
- Use and maintain cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow job instructions, safety procedures and CleanX cleaning standards
- Identify and report any damage, maintenance issues or customer concerns
- Communicate professionally with clients and the CleanX team
- Ensure each property or site is left clean, tidy and well-presented
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven professional cleaning experience
- Car (not necessary but highly recommended)
- Your own good quality cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, sprays, cloths, etc.)
- Proficient English communications skills are required
- Must be self‑employed and eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to travel up to 1 hour for jobs
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- DBS + PL Insurance (can be obtained after hiring process)
