The Role
As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will support nurseries on a flexible basis, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
You will be confident working with children across the early years age range and able to step into different nursery settings with professionalism and positivity.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and flexible attitude
