Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Support the team with food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Help with the washing dishes need when needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
- Demonstrated time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest services and supporting team success.
- Must be flexible to work mid week as well as weekends.
