- I gynnal gwiriadau tymheredd a diweddaru cofnodion
- Cadw’r man tu allan yn lan
- I gludo bagiau o lysiau o ardal y storfa i’r peiriannau plicio llysiau a gweithredu gan ddilyn canllawiau’r gwneuthurwr
- Sicrhau bod holl lestri a chyllyll a ffyrc yn cael ei glanhau’n iawn a bod unrhyw doriadau yn cael ei thaflu mewn modd diogel
- Cynorthwyo’r cogyddion i ddarparu bwydydd os a phan fo angen
- Cyflog hyd at £12.71 a cildwrn yn ychwanegol.
Portmeirion Village is one of North Wales’ premier tourist attractions and is home to two hotels, restaurants, shops and gardens.
We now require a Kitchen Porter to assist our kitchen team at Castell Deudraeth/Hotel Portmeirion.
Duties include:
- Loading / unloading dishwasher and washing saucepans
- To carry out the cleaning of work areas, stoves, walls, floors, equipment as and when required
- Accept orders to the kitchen
- Carry out temperature checks and keep logs up to date
- Clean the outside area on a daily basis
- To transport bags of vegetable from the stores area to the vegetable peeling machines and operate them following manufacturers guidelines
- To ensure that all crockery and cutlery are spotlessly cleaned and any breakages are discarded in a safe manner
- Assist chefs in prep work when and if required
- Hourly rate - up to £12.71 per hour & gratuities
