We're looking for a Registered Service Manager to lead our specialist residential service in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care leader looking for their next challenge, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the step into their first registration with the support of an experienced operational team behind them.
About the Service
8-bed residential service supporting adults with a range of complex needs, including:

Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the day-to-day operation of the service.

Managing and developing an established team, including Senior Support Workers.

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support.

Driving compliance, quality and continuous improvement.

Managing audits, action plans and service performance.

Building strong partnerships with local authorities and healthcare professionals.

Supporting colleagues through coaching, supervision and development.

Managing budgets and ensuring effective service performance.
