We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality support to an individual in a home care settings. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing a meaningful service and to enhancing the well-being and independence of clients.
We are a growing organisation and currently support one client who requires assistance Monday - Friday 8pm - 9pm and Tuesdays from 11am to 1pm in the Charlton area. If you are looking for a part-time hours and are prepared to take on further work as time progresses, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Duties
- Personal Care: Assisting with showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene and etc.
- Health & Medication: Administering or prompting medication, monitoring health conditions (e.g., blood pressure, temperature), and liaising with healthcare professionals.
- Daily Living Support: Preparing meals, assistance with eating, light cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Mobility & Assistance: Supporting with safe lifting and transfers (in/out of bed or chair), using mobility aids, and accompanying clients to appointments or social activities.
- Emotional & Social Support: Providing companionship, combating loneliness, and supporting social engagement.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keeping accurate, up-to-date daily logs and reporting to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is not essential but highly advantageous.
- A reliable, patient and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of care, such as lifting or supporting mobility.
- Good written and verbal command of English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work (desirable).
- Carers will support clients in their home, working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
