Join the Fitzbillies Bakery Team!
We're looking for a Bakery Assistant to support our busy artisan bakery in Harston.
No bakery or baking experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need. We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, organised and enjoys working as part of a team.
What you'll be doing
· Packing freshly baked products for delivery to our Fitzbillies cafés and wholesale customers
· Preparing and packing products for our online shop, including our famous Chelsea Buns and handmade biscuits
· Preparing trays, trolleys and tubs for next day's deliveries
· Keeping the bakery clean, organised and ready for production
· Helping with a variety of tasks that keep our bakery running smoothly
Role Details
· Part-time: 5 hours per day
· 5 days per week
· Weekday and weekend shifts included
· Start time: 5:00am
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment and is a great opportunity to join one of Cambridge's iconic bakeries. We’d love to hear from people living locally who can reliably work early mornings.
