Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Part Time Qualified Nursery Practitioners Level 3 to join our vibrant childcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education tailored to the individual needs of each child
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and secure
- Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through positive interactions
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and daily activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency in care and educational delivery
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including safeguarding policies
- Contribute to the organisation of nursery routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
Experience
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting
- Possession of a valid Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education recognised within the UK
- Demonstrable management or leadership skills within a childcare environment are advantageous
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience working with diverse groups of children from various backgrounds
- Driving licence is desirable but not essential; flexibility to support nursery operations as required

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
