Part time / Full time qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist required for friendly Fully Private dental surgery located in Barnham. Very modern surgery with great facilities. The surgery is located near to Barnham train station with great links. The ideal candidate would be available to work from 9.00 till 17.00. Practise uses Dentally with Clinipads and automated recall and reminder system, digital X-Rays, CBCT scanner, full CEREC set up. Highly skilled and supportive staff.

Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate patient care before, during, and after dental procedures
- Assisting dentists with clinical tasks and maintaining sterilisation protocols
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently using IT systems
- Greeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Handling reception duties including answering phone calls, managing enquiries, and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with practice policies and data protection regulations
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the clinical environment and reception area
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as stock management and correspondence
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar clinical support role within a dental practice
- Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and infection control standards
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management - Dentally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Organisational skills capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Previous experience in reception duties is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for clinical responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a professional attitude at all times
