Willowbrook Education are a leading manufacturer of EDUCATIONAL FURNITURE and we are looking for a CNC Production Operative to work in a busy woodwork factory environment.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (7:30am – 4:00pm)
Holidays 28 Days per annum
Due to our location it would be advisable if you had your own transport.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Previous experience would be ideal but for the right candidate full training will be provided.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Knowledge and application of technical skills to operate machinery safely and effectively in order to meet the production plan.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and daily machine checks ensuring all equipment is working to peak performance.
- Report malfunctions or technical repair requirements in a timely manner.
- Following a production schedule and ensuring products are produced on time and to the highest of standard.
- Ensure H&S policies and Company procedures are always followed.
- Maintain a level of Daily housekeeping.
- Also be willing to do overtime if necessary due to high demand for our furniture at certain peak periods.
- SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced on Biesse, SCM Or Homag Machines preferred (But not essential).
- Have an eye for detail and quality, as products must be finished to a high standard.
- Be able to follow instructions well.
- Have the ability to work using their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be self-motivated and reliable.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
