Purpose of the Role
Every day, millions of food and beverage cans are manufactured using Sencon technology. As a Product Engineer, your expertise will help customers maintain world-class production standards, minimise downtime and keep manufacturing lines operating efficiently across the globe.

As a Product Engineer, you will represent Sencon worldwide, delivering technical expertise and exceptional customer support across a global customer base. This is a hands-on, international role involving extensive travel to customer sites, where you will commission, install, maintain and optimise our products while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Global Customer Support
· Travel extensively throughout the UK and internationally to commission, install, service, repair and support Sencon products.
· Deliver preventative maintenance, breakdown support and technical troubleshooting.
· Provide customer training and build long-term relationships.
Technical Excellence
· Commission equipment, perform servicing, testing, calibration and upgrades.
· Support product trials and demonstrations.
· Share technical knowledge across the engineering team.
Customer Experience
· Act as a trusted technical advisor.
· Identify sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
· Complete detailed service reports.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of products and procedures.
Office Support
· Provide office-based technical support when not travelling.
Health, Safety & Compliance
· Comply with company and customer H&S requirements.
Key Competencies
· Strong electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering knowledge
· Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
· Excellent communication skills and professional
· Comfortable with international travel
· Highly organised with attention to detail
