Latus Group provide nationwide Occupational Health and Surveillance services to clients across the UK. A fantastic new role has been created to support the Health Surveillance Clinical Lead in the Health Surveillance team. The role will be homebased with an expectation to attend Immingham or Salford Quays office for training.
Essentially the role will provide clinical support, guidance and development for the Health Surveillance technicians:

Review escalated health surveillance outcomes to determine the next level of referral to our inhouse team i.e. Occupational Health Advisors, Physicians or Audiologist.

Provide phone support to the technicians for any immediate health escalations when completing fit for work medicals.

Ensure clinical governance is adhered to.

Produce management reports if required.

Registered NMC nurse

Occupational Health Qualification either certificate, degree or diploma is desirable but not essential.

Experience of health surveillance and the creation of health surveillance programmes is desirable but not essential, as appropriate support and training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Previous experience in a customer focused, telephone based role.
