Property Inspector (Casual / Self-Employed)
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Property Inspector to support our busy lettings team on a casual, self-employed basis for approximately 4 months.
This role would suit someone looking for flexible work with no long-term contract commitment. Full training will be provided, so previous property experience is not essential.
The role involves visiting student properties across Lancaster to carry out inspections and report on property condition.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out mid-term property inspections
- Completing check-in inventories and exit inspections
- Taking photographs of property condition
- Reporting maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns
- Logging information accurately using our systems
- Liaising with the office team regarding any issues identified
What we’re looking for
- Organised and reliable
- Confident working independently
- Flexible and available during weekdays
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable visiting multiple properties each day
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
No previous experience required — full training provided.
