Help us keep homes safe, healthy and well maintained across Norfolk.
We’re looking for a practical, people-focused Asset Surveyor to join our Asset Management team. In this field-based role, you’ll carry out property inspections and surveys across our housing stock, identifying issues, assessing risks and providing clear technical recommendations that help us plan effective works and improve the homes our tenants live in.
You’ll undertake stock condition surveys, damp and mould assessments, HHSRS inspections, Decent Homes reviews and mutual exchange inspections, producing accurate reports and working closely with colleagues, contractors and tenants to make sure follow-on works are properly scoped, prioritised and delivered.
We’re looking for someone with experience in property surveying, building maintenance or housing asset management, with strong defect diagnosis skills, excellent communication and a commitment to delivering safe, compliant and sustainable homes. You’ll be confident working independently, managing your workload and engaging professionally with tenants in their homes.
