Webenious is looking for a confident and creative Junior Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter to help us produce engaging Reels, TikToks and short-form videos for our clients.
This is a field-based creative role. You will travel to client locations across London and surrounding areas to film content for restaurants, beauty and aesthetic businesses, lifestyle brands and other local companies.
You may be behind the camera, in front of the camera, or both.
What You’ll Do
- Appear in Reels and short-form social videos
- Act naturally in promotional and scenario-based content
- Present products, food, services and customer experiences
- Travel to client locations for scheduled shoots
- Film vertical videos using a smartphone and/or camera
- Capture B-roll, product shots, reactions and lifestyle footage
- Follow scripts, hooks and creative briefs
- Help turn ideas into engaging video concepts
- Work with business owners, staff and other creators during shoots
- Support pre-launch, launch and promotional campaigns
- Occasionally assist with food and product photography
Who We’re Looking For
- Confident and natural in front of the camera
- Comfortable filming content as well as appearing in it
- Interested in Reels, TikTok and short-form storytelling
- Able to act naturally and follow creative direction
- Comfortable travelling to different client locations
- Reliable, punctual and professional around clients
- Good spoken English
- Creative and willing to experiment with different concepts
- Comfortable working flexible hours depending on shoot schedules
Professional acting or videography experience is not essential. Strong camera presence, creativity, reliability and willingness to learn matter more.

Hours & Travel
This is a flexible part-time role offering 0–20 hours per week.
Working hours will depend on client bookings and scheduled content shoots. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to different client locations.
Approved work-related travel expenses will be covered by Webenious in line with company policy.
Pay
Pay will meet the applicable UK National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage requirements based on the employee’s age.
Pay: From £12.95 per hour
