About the role:
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Northwich.
We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home. Our client is a 9 year old little girl who has complex health needs. You'll support her morning and after-school routines, helping her prepare for the day ahead and ensuring she is comfortable, safe and well cared for when she returns home.
Full specialist training will be provided.
