Therefore, you will be an important member of a busy team receiving and processing both telephone and website enquiries/orders direct from Customers and to be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within an established team.
Main duties will include;
- Receiving and processing both telephone and website enquiries/orders direct from Customers
- Advise and assist Customers with their Bathroom Related Product enquiries and in turn process the enquiries into successful orders
- Completing Quotations for Customers/Clients and Processing Orders with the relevant Suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
- Self-motivated, with good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent customer telephone contact and approach with a friendly, positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Communicate effectively at all levels both written and orally
- Numerate with good administration and organisational skills
- Comprehensive IT skills
THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED SALES ADMINISTRATION POSITION AND EXPERIENCE IN THE BATHROOM INDUSTRY WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE BUT IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
The above position is a permanent, progressive and office based position with an expanding company within the UK Bathroom Industry.
Salary will be subject to relevant experience.
