Location: Dunsop Bridge, Lancashire
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year

Watch Repair UK is a specialist watch-repair company based in a superb countryside workshop in Dunsop Bridge, in Lancashire’s Forest of Bowland.
We are a friendly, relaxed team of six people who care deeply about excellent workmanship and exceptional service. We offer a genuine alternative to the pressure and formality of a large corporate service centre. Our workshop has a refreshing atmosphere: professional and quality-focused, but personal, supportive and enjoyable.
We are looking for a qualified watchmaker—WOSTEP, BHI or equivalent—or an experienced professional with a strong technical background to join our growing team.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing complete watch services to a consistently high standard
- Working confidently with common Swiss movements, including the ETA 7750, 2892 and 2824, as well as similar calibres
- Carrying out repairs such as crown, glass and pusher replacements
- Diagnosing faults accurately
- Ensuring every completed repair meets our quality-control standards
Experience in watch refurbishment and case or bracelet polishing would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
