Pinnacle Care is looking for caring and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly team at one of our specialist dementia care homes in Rugby.

The Role
As a Day Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living activities
- Build positive relationships through companionship and emotional support
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Assist with meals, hydration and nutrition
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and social interaction
- Maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming care home environment
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding person-centred dementia care
Pay & Hours
- £13.50 per hour
- £150 induction bonus upon successful completion of training
- Full-time and part-time permanent positions available
- Day shifts
- Paid breaks and paid training

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about supporting older people living with dementia
- A good communicator and team player
- Reliable, professional and positive
Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Senior Care Assistant or in another health and social care role would be advantageous, but isn't essential. Full training will be provided.
