Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
- Drive clients to appointments and social activities, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
