A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join Visiting Angels North West Kent, a leading home care company known for its premium care and commitment to its team. We are covering Dartford, Bexley, Gravesend, Swanley, Longfield, Sidcup and surrounding areas.
We offer minimum 1-hour calls to our clients to ensure the highest quality care, and now we are looking for our next superstar Angel to join our office team to support our dedicated carers out in the field.

Duties Include:
· Ensuring high-quality domiciliary care service is delivered to clients through efficient management
· Coordinating and preparing rotas for staff and clients using Birdie
· Completing care assessments with clients
· Writing and updating care plans and carrying out and completing risk assessments
· To support with recruitment and monitor new care staff during their three-month probation period
· Participating in the on-call/out of hour’s duty rota and always maintain up to date on-call documentation.
· Answering and responding to phone calls
· Upholding our company ethos and values
· Liaising with health and social care professionals and families
· Providing ongoing support for our team of care support workers and carrying out supervision (one-to-one)
Person Specification:
· Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
· Ideally previous Care Coordinator level experience within the domiciliary care sector or working towards the QCF Diploma Level 3
· Can confidently converse with all members of the team
· Be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and carers
· Develop and maintain high standards of care by ensuring policy and procedures are followed
· Caring, kind and has an ability to work well under pressure
· Can work to deadlines and enjoys a challenge
· A multi-tasker who can work well alone on projects and as part of a team
· Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
