Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, including social media, written and spoken English as their first language, excellent organisational abilities, and professional phone etiquette to contribute effectively to our busy and fun environment.
Duties
- Handling communications via email, and phone efficiently
- Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems
- Data entry and updating records using Zoho and Microsoft Office applications
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Supporting other administrative tasks such as preparing reports, newsletters and assisting with invitations and events
- Ensuring the online office remains organised at all times to promote a productive work environment
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately with professionalism and courtesy
Experience
- Proven administrative experience is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed
- Experience in data entry and other duties demonstrating organisational competence
- Excellent in person and phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and mobile phones is advantageous

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
