Job Overview
Due to continued expansion, Save Energy UK is looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our growing operations team.
This is a vital role within the business, ensuring our solar installation projects are planned efficiently and delivered to the highest standard. You'll be responsible for coordinating installations, supporting customers throughout the process, and working closely with our technical and operational teams to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate domestic solar installations.
- Liaise with customers to arrange installation dates and provide updates.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and technical team to ensure installations are delivered efficiently.
- Coordinate installation schedules and manage the installers diaries.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve scheduling issues.
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and updated.
- Support the day-to-day running of the Operations department.
- Assist with operational planning as the business continues to grow.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience within the solar industry (essential).
- Previous solar technical experience (preferred not essential).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills and confidence using scheduling or CRM systems.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
