We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth running of the practice, providing efficient administrative support and maintaining excellent communication with colleagues, patients, and external organisations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, approachable manner are essential.
The role is for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times of 8:00am, 8:30am, 9:00am, or 9:30am. You will work six hours per day and take a 30-minute unpaid break.
The role is varied but the main responsibilities include:
· Processing insurance documents
· Running medical records through the IGPR process
· Processing electronic letters
· Printing medical records
· Assisting with notes movement of patient’s medical records
· Data entry for multiple tasks
· System housekeeping
· Completing administration forms
· Regularly checking Admin email accounts and dealing appropriately with contents
· Photocopying and scanning
