Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our term time only team at a nursery in providing high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach and excellent communication skills to engage with young children effectively.
We currently have two job opportunities. A Part time position and a full time position.
Hours: Full time - 8.30am - 3pm Term time only
HOURS ARE NON NEGOTIABLE. Please only apply if you have relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification and are able to work the set hours.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschoolers
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage classroom activities and routines effectively
- Drive the educational progress of each child through engaging lessons
- Communicate children's progress to parents regularly
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is desirable
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support young learners
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Experience working with children aged 3-5 years old
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with children and parents
Pay: £12.71-£13.11 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
