The Release Coordinator will support the development of our digital store fronts across all gaming platforms as well as the launch of new titles. The release team play an important role in maximising game content sales and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the global submissions for all supported products
- Compiling all necessary assets (screenshots, videos, visuals, descriptions) from internal marketing teams
- Centralising product-related marketing elements and ensuring their compliance with the specification of our distribution partners
- Submitting all the necessary assets to relevant store CMS systems
- Flagging potential issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proposing options and recommendations to resolve any flagged issues
- Supporting the optimisation of digital storefronts to achieve strong commercial performance, with a particular focus on maximizing the conversion rate (CVR)
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience of working in a similar role within the games industry, although not essential
- Have an understand of gaming digital stores, either as an administrator or end user
- Be highly organised with an ability to track and work to deadlines
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be comfortable working with detailed and repetitive processes whilst maintaining a high level of focus
- Be able to spot and proactively solve problems
- Have strong MS Office skills
Experience working collaboratively across teams and departments would also be an advantage.

This is a UK based, fully remote role. You may need to travel occasionally to Lee-on-Solent and London for team meetings and events.
Our full time hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5 (35 hour week) and can consider part time hours
